Desirable Qualities of a Transpersonal Experience Network

The present complexity, chaos, and contradictions in global society point to an eminent phase transition in mode-of-operation, both cognitively in terms of our sense of self, and behaviorally in terms of our collective action. As with any complex system, the result of the phase transition is not apparent in the preceding phase – verisimilitude is only apparent within a larger frame, namely, collective human behavioral and cognitive evolution as a cosmological force aligning with a continuum of natural processes that precede and follow that which we presently consider to be “human”, expressed within the accelerating telescopic nature of the evolutionary paradigm. Specifically, we anticipate that the pending phase transition will be characterized by a shift from strict subject-object (myself-other) division and a concordant mechanistic, linear worldview, towards a transcendence of the subject-object division and a concordant quantum-entangled worldview. The result, which could play out in a range of appealing and unappealing scenarios that we outline, may be labeled as various grades, or successful manifestations of a “quantum society”. A transition to a quantum society appears impossible from the present dominant worldview because both general academic perspectives and average daily experience are that quantum phenomena are not possible at the human scale. In order to build a conceptual bridge to a quantum society, we therefore focus on two enabling factors that will catalyze the transition: the technological implementation of macroscopic resonant virtual fields, and the implementation of intimate social circles within a few-to-few fractal network as an emergent sociological force.
